TV stars' house move could be 'more stressful than divorce' says a new study

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s house drama seemed to be never-ending at one point. The former couple went through a break up that was global news for some time. Then, they were co-habiting, despite Scandoval, for longer than a lot of people would be able to bear.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 followed the aftermath of Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ cheating scandal. The group dynamics had totally altered with many of the exes’ joint friends having to choose a side. Jax Taylor also went in on Tom during a recent episode of the show, telling him the “whole world was talking about him.”

Tom Sandoval and Ariana sell the house

After months of living together since splitting in March 2023, Ariana and Tom have finally gone their separate ways.

A year since learning of the cheating scandal with her co-star, Ariana now has a new home in the Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, reports Us Weekly.

The 38-year-old moved out this March, and now lives in a property almost 7 miles from her old $2 million home.

Study says house moves are super stressful

While break-ups are up there with the worst things to go through in life, according to a recent study, moving house is “more stressful.”

Research conducted on homeowners reveals that “moving house is more stressful than splitting up from a partner or even getting divorced.”

The Vanderpump Rules stars not only had their relationship under the spotlight after being together for nine years, but they are still in the midst of selling their joint home.

Ariana’s new home

Ariana clearly took the plunge and opted to move out of her and Tom’s joint property.

She purchased the house for $1.6 million which was built in 1962, per Page Six.

Ariana isn’t the old Vanderpump Rules star to make moves into a new pad this Spring. Her co-star Lala Kent also just splashed millions on a five-bedroom home.

Lala is expecting her second child and now owns a $3.1 million house in LA, reports Page Six.
