Blocking of truck traffic has resumed at the Uhryniv-Dolhobychuv border crossing point in Poland, according to the State Border Guard Service (SBGS) of Ukraine.

"According to information from Polish border guards, today around 09:00 AM on the territory of Poland, blocking of truck traffic has resumed in front of the Uhryniv-Dolhobychuv border crossing point," writes SBGS.

As a result of the blockade, traffic both exiting Poland and entering has become complicated.

Border blockade with Poland

Since February 9, the Polish side has reinstated a blockade at the border with Ukraine. Farmers began protests both on the roads of the country and at border crossings with Ukraine. It is expected that the blockade will last at least until the end of the current month.

Meanwhile, Ukraine, Poland, and the European Union have held negotiations regarding the grain issue. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, and his Polish counterpart, Donald Tusk. According to the Prime Minister, Kyiv has outlined five steps aimed at resolving the issue. In particular, it is expected that new talks will take place in a narrow format soon, and in a broader format next month.
