The Defense Forces aviation struck at 1 anti-aircraft missile system and 13 areas of concentration of Russian personnel, according to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the day, 62 military clashes were recorded. Overall, the enemy carried out 2 missile strikes and 43 airstrikes, as well as conducted 39 artillery bombardments with reactive multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and civilian settlements.
Situation at frontlines
In the Volyn and Polissia direction, the operational situation remains unchanged, with no significant changes observed in the formation of enemy offensive groupings.
In the Siversk and Slobozhanske direction, the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, conducts sabotage-reconnaissance activities, shells civilian settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Volfyne and Oleksandrivka in the Sumy region and Lyptsi in the Kharkiv region. Approximately 20 settlements, including Buda-Vorobiivska and Klyusi in the Chernihiv region; Chernatske, Stara Huta, Oleksiyivka, and Dmytrivka in the Sumy region; Veterynarne, Hatysche, Pletenivka, and Lyptsi in the Kharkiv region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling by the enemy.
In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders repelled 1 attack in the area of the settlement of Synkivka, the Kharkiv region, where the enemy, with aviation support, attempted to break through the defense of our troops. Over 10 settlements, including Synkivka, Ivanivka, Stepova Novoselivka in the Kharkiv region, came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled 8 enemy attacks in the area of the settlement of Terny, the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break through the defense of our troops. Over 10 settlements, including Bilohorivka, Nevelske, and Serebrianske forestry in the Luhansk region; Yampolivka, and Torske in the Donetsk region, suffered from artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy did not engage in offensive (assault) actions. The enemy carried out an aviation strike in the area of Kurdiumivka, the Donetsk region. Over 10 settlements, including Kalynivka, Andriivka, Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region, came under artillery and mortar fire.

In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 10 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Berdychi, Umanske, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with aviation support, attempted to dislodge our units from occupied positions. Additionally, the enemy carried out aviation strikes in the areas of the settlements of Novobakhmutivka, Semenivka, and Karlivka in the Donetsk region. Approximately 20 settlements, including Berdychi, Umanske, Netaylove, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of the settlements of Novomykhailivka and Urozhainne in the Donetsk region, where the enemy attempted to break through our troops' defense 18 times. The enemy carried out aviation strikes in the areas of the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Oleksandrivka, Vodyane, and Vuhledar in the Donetsk region. Over 10 settlements, including Novomykhailivka, Kostiantynivka, and Urozhainne in the Donetsk region, were under the artillery and mortar fire of the occupiers.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy launched 2 attacks on our defenders' positions in the areas of Robotyne and northwest of Verbovyye in the Zaporizhia region. Approximately 20 settlements, including Chervone, Huliaypilske, Novodanylivka, and Mali Shcherbaky in the Zaporizhia region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Kherson direction, during the day, the enemy carried out 1 attack on our troops' positions in the area of the settlement of Krynky in the Kherson region. Over 10 settlements, including Tokarivka, Veletenske, and Mykhailivka in the Kherson region, were under artillery and mortar fire.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported today that Ukrainian military repelled 18 enemy attacks in the Bahmut direction, held positions, and repulsed assaults by occupying forces in the Kherson direction.
Meanwhile, Russian forces overnight, on April 2, struck Ukraine with Shahed drones and missiles. Air defense forces shot down 9 enemy drones.
