As a source within the special services told RBC-Ukraine, these were joint actions of the Ukrainian Security Service and Defense Forces.
According to the sources, the explosion in Tatarstan was a joint operation of the SSU and the Defense Intelligence. A long-range drone attacked a primary oil processing facility at a refinery in Nizhnekamsk, causing a fire.
The capacity of such an installation is 8 million tons of oil. This is 2.6% of the total annual processing in Russia per year.
Zelenskyy signed law on mobilization from age of 25
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law reducing the minimum age for citizens to be registered for military service from 27 to 25 years.
Verkhovna Rada passed law No. 9281 on May 30, 2023, and on June 5 of the same year, the document was sent for the president's signature. However, since then, it remained unsigned by the president.
Germany to provide Ukraine with 180,000 rounds of ammunition under Czech initiative
