Donald Trump on Wednesday reposted a blog entry by MAGA diehard Laura Loomer exposing alleged ties of Judge Juan Merchan's wife to New York Attorney General Letitia James.

The story published on Wednesday by Loomer, "More of Judge Merchan’s Anti-Trump Bias Exposed as New York AG Letitia James Employed Merchan’s Wife and The Democrat Attorney’s General Association Paid Loren Merchan’s Authentic Campaigns Company" on her "Loomered" vertical was reposted without caption or commentary by former President Donald Trump's Truth Social account.

So it's a wonder if the effort to repost the article could be an experimental get-around ofthe gag order that Merchan fortified to not only make publicly commenting about jurors, witnesses, and court staff out of bounds — but also making family of the judge and the prosecutor in the case off-limits.

The judge made the decision to widen its scope after his daughter was targeted and named directly in a barrage of Truth Social posts.

In Loomer's piece, the far-right activist cites documents she posts in redacted form suggesting that the Manhattan judge's wife, Lara Merchan, was "a paid employee of New York Attorney General Letitia James’s office."

She cited public records showing that Lara was "employed" by James' office from 2009-2022.

"Letitia James became New York AG in 2019," Loomer writes. "The New York AG’s office had a Democrat AG in office during Lara Merchan’s time there."

James' office successfully brought a sprawling civil fraud case against former President Donald Trump and his eponymous company The Trump Organization for hyping up various assets to nab sweetheart loans and deals.

Trump denies wrongdoing and is appealing the $454 million disgorgement judgment by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron that found him, his convicted former CFO Allen Weisselberg, as well as grown sons Donald Jr. and Eric Trump complicit in the years of fraudulence.

However, James isn't involved in the criminal case set to begin trial on April 15.

The so-called "hush money case" is being brought by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

Last year, he charged the 45th president with 34-counts of falsifying of business records to keep quiet in the 2016 presidential contest alleged extramarital affairs with porn star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy playmate Karen McDougal.
