If you’re looking for a new signature scent to see you through the warmer months, we’ve found a way for shoppers to get their hands on a celeb-approved scent for more than £150 cheaper. Earlier this week, Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague shared one of her current go-to bottles with her Instagram followers, leaving fans desperate to get their hands on it.

The 24-year-old heaped praise on a bottle of Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, saying: “Something about this scent… it’s just stunning. It gives holiday evening, going out for dinner after a day of sunbathing.”

The solar floral fragrance launched in 2018 and boasts a ‘crisp, refreshing aroma’ made up of notes like orange peel, neroli and jasmine, alongside vanilla, tonka and amber for a warm and ‘luxurious’ scent.

It’s said to ‘evoke the warm sparkling scent of the hot summer’s sun melting into the crystalline sea’, and shoppers can’t get enough of it, with glowing reviews across sites like Boots, Lookfantastic and Space NK.

One said: “I originally got this as a gift and didn't begin to wear it until I needed to go out, needless to say I got many compliments that night. If you're going for a long lasting, light smell, I would 100% recommend this product! Can't really go wrong with Tom Ford.”

Another added: “I purchased this fragrance for the first time last year but have repurchased multiple times. It’s the perfect summer smell, reminds me of being on holiday and walking around the resort to dinner. Really recommend if you like a fresh but long lasting fragrance.”

While a third commented: “I have the spray version of this and the perfume, they are both so addictive and perfect for the summer time. It reminds me of being on the beach, like others have said but also has that luxury feel to it like all Tom Ford scents. A gorgeous scent that lasts well.”

But as is often the case with fragrance, it wasn’t for everyone, with one saying: “This fragrance is too sweet for my taste. It is pleasant but not for me. I would describe it as a sweet floral woodsy scent. The bottle is an attractive white frosted glass with gold labels.”

The fragrance certainly doesn’t come cheap, with a 50ml bottle of the fragrance coming in at £220 on the Space NK website. However, if you’re simply looking to try it out before committing to a full bottle, or are wanting it for a specific occasion like a wedding, then we found a 10ml bottle for £37.

Not only is this a much cheaper way to try out the fragrance adored by the mum-of-one, but it’s also the perfect size to take on holiday, as it will comply with your liquid luggage allowance, too.

Molly-Mae is known for her lavish perfume collection, and in the snap of her Tom Ford bottle, we also spotted a number of Louis Vuitton bottles, as well as several of the Kayali fragrances.

The latter, founded by Huda and Mona Kattan, has a Utopia Vanilla Coco scent that will ‘transport you to your very own utopian paradise no flight necessary’. Costing £25 for a 10ml bottle at Cult Beauty, it boasts a blend of creamy and comforting vanilla with tropical coconuts and sweet florals.

But if you’re looking for something even cheaper, we can’t get enough of the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 71 Mist, which is £22 with rich notes of caramelised vanilla, toasted macadamia, and tonka bean.
