Maik Nawrocki seen dropping into iconic Celtic bar on Glasgow Derby week

Celtic fans will have their chosen establishments where they head to before or after matches for a drink with their friends and family.

In Glasgow, there are plenty of prominent bars to choose from that are Celtic-inclined, and few possess more notoriety than the Brazen Head, located on Cathcart Road.

Last year, we will all remember Jota popping into the same pub wearing the iconic bumblebee shirt, also before we took on Rangers in the Scottish Cup semi-final last year, before scoring the winner in a 1-0 victory over our rivals at Hampden.

Now, it seems like word has spread, as defender Maik Nawrocki has sampled the Brazen Head for himself, as seen below in a video from their TikTok account.

The 23-year-old comes across as a down-to-earth character and was more than happy to pose for pictures with some of those in attendance, who will now have a great story to tell regarding his surprise visit.

Maik Nawrocki enjoys new Celtic experience

It is great to see someone like Nawrocki out and connecting with the Celtic support, enjoying an experience he probably hasn’t sampled before during his time in Glasgow, unless he happens to be a regular in the Brazen Head, which nobody has told me about!

The Polish defender has been struggling with an injury problem that Brendan Rodgers confirmed would keep him out until after the international break, though he wasn’t fit to participate against Livingston last weekend.

Hopefully, Nawrocki can make his comeback sooner rather than later, as he is a player the Celtic support would like to see more of following his £5 million move from Legia Warsaw last summer.
