Another highly talented player has opted to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal prior to the completion of college football spring practice. On3 has learned that Joel Williams of the Memphis Tigers has opted to enter his name into the transfer portal in hopes of finding a new home before the start of the 2024 season.
Williams, who is native to Louisiana and grew up in the same city that is home to the LSU Tigers, Baton Rouge, opted to play for the Kentucky Wildcats.
