The Tennessee Volunteers men’s basketball team put together an impressive run and this year’s March Madness tournament. Unfortunately, as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end, as the volunteers were knocked out in the Elite 8 round by the Purdue Boilermakers. On Thursday Tennessee received another punch to the gut as one of their promising young guards decided to enter into the transfer portal.
According to On3’s Tennessee fan site Volquest, Volunteers’ redshirt freshman guard Freddie Dilione plans to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal, and we’ll be looking for a new home for the 2024-25 season.
