Mary Trump said Friday she applauds New York Attorney General Letitia James for vetting the $175 million bond her uncle former President Donald Trump tried to file in his civil fraud trial.

Trump also skewered Don Hankey — "the king of the subprime auto loan" who backed the bond James now seeks to investigate — in the most recent issue of The Good In Us.

"This is all good news for those who value transparency, accountability, and the rule of law," Mary Trump wrote.

Mary Trump praised James for keeping the focus on Trump's financial dealings in New York, where last year he was found liable of defrauding investors and this year slapped with a $464 million judgment.

"The recent developments have put the spotlight on the financial capabilities of the surety company chosen by Donald," Mary Trump wrote. "Letitia James is doing a perfect job holding him accountable every step of the way."

Mary Trump's analysis arrived after James filed her challenge, demanding proof Knight Specialty Insurance is "financially sound" and judge Arthur Engoron ordered a hearing on the matter later this month on April 22.

And that upheaval arrived after the documents "‘returned for correction" because they “failed to include a current financial statement, power of attorney or to list an attorney-in-fact.”

Mary Trump seemed to revel in the chaos.

"It looks like the entire bond 'victory' the media claimed for Donald may be no victory at all," she wrote.

Meanwhile, Hankey is reportedly feeling the backdraft, despite assurances from Trump that the cash was accessible at a brokerage firm.

"I'm surprised they're coming down harder on our bond or looking for reasons to cause issues with our instrument," he told Reuters.

For Mary Trump, James has been not only relentless in her justice pursuit, but in this case she is "sending a clear message that no one can sidestep the law."
