Reward For Fugitive Who Dealt Fentanyl Resulting In Death

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. \- Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Detectives are seeking help locating a suspect wanted for distributing fentanyl that resulted in death.

According to investigators, on August 1, 2023, detectives with HCSO responded to an address regarding a death.

It was determined that the victim's cause of death was Intoxication by Fentanyl.

After several months of investigation, it was proven that Altwain T. Carlisle Jr. provided the victim with Fentanyl when, in fact, the victim thought he was receiving Cocaine.

An arrest warrant was issued for Murder in the First Degree, which resulted from the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the location and arrest of Altwain T. Carlisle Jr. for this outstanding warrant.
