Drones allegedly targeted the Borisoglebsk Aviation Training Center in the Voronezh region of Russia last night, according to Telegram channels ASTRA and Baza.

During the night of April 9, two drones attacked the Borisoglebsk Aviation Training Center for Flight Crew Training named after V.P. Chkalov.

According to the local governor, one drone was allegedly shot down.

However, according to sources, both drones exploded. The first drone crashed into the facade of the building at the level of the 4th floor around three in the morning. An hour later, the second drone hit the same spot.

The facade of the building and windows were damaged.

No casualties were reported as a result of the attack.

Drone attacks in Russia

Recently, oil refineries and other facilities in Russia have increasingly come under drone attacks.

Strikes are becoming more long-range. In particular, on April 2, according to sources from RBC-Ukraine, Ukrainian drones attacked enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation for the first time.

Drones struck a plant where Russian Shahed kamikaze drones are assembled. Russians reported injuries.

On the same day, drones attacked an oil refinery in Tatarstan.

It was previously reported that drones allegedly attacked the Bryansk Chemical Plant, which produces explosives, on Friday, April 5.
