Harry Kane interview hijacked by rowdy Arsenal fans live on TV after dramatic Champions League clash

Harry Kane joked he felt Arsenal fans have a 'soft respect' for him after his interview on TNT Sports was shouted down by a group of rowdy Gunners supporters following Bayern Munich's draw in their Champions League quarter-final.

The England captain was back on home soil on Tuesday night to face his old foes Arsenal in Europe.

Arsenal fans gave him a cold reception ahead of the game as the striker stepped off the bus and he was booed repeatedly throughout the match.

Gunners fans jeered whenever Kane touched the ball, but they were silenced midway through the first half when the striker scored from the spot to give Bayern a 2-1 lead.

Harry Kane was able to laugh off the abuse he received

Arsenal had the last laugh as they were able to find an equaliser through Leandro Trossard to leave the tie finely poised heading to Germany.

Kane was pulled out for a post-match interview on the side of the pitch after the match with Laura Woods, Rio Ferdinand and Martin Keown.
