Mau is a ‘top agent’

Buying Beverly Hills follows Mauricio, his staff, and family members who work at The Agency.

He runs a tight ship with some very important rules and proves he’s a father not to be messed with as one senior agent clashes with his kids.

Buying Beverly Hills season 2 also takes a look at Mau’s personal life, including the breakdown of his marriage with Kyle.

However, the main focus of the Netflix show, and Mau’s life at the moment, is selling some super impressive homes.

Speaking to E! News, he explains he’s “spending a lot of time by himself” and has “a lot of stuff to do with business” on his plate.

He shares a new listing online this Spring that features 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and sprawls 39 acres.

Agent’s eyewatering listing

Mauricio continues to prove he’s on top of his real estate game amidst his separation. He shares the latest listing on Instagram.

He posts the Merv Griffin estate online and shares its listing price of a jaw-dropping $36 million.

Mau writes:

“Enjoy a lake, orchard, equestrian facilities, a pool, a 6-bay garage, and a highly productive potable well (water rights owned) that services all water needs.”

Merv Griffin was a TV show host and business tycoon who passed away in 2007. At the time of his death he was worth $1 Bn, per Celebrity Net Worth. Live About reports he was “one of the wealthiest people in the entertainment industry.”

The late media mogul created the hit game shows Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!.
