Amad Diallo thought one Manchester United star was pure magic against Bournemouth

Manchester United drew 2-2 with Bournemouth in the Premier League – in what was a rather lacklustre performance.

It was yet another disappointing outing. Erik ten Hag‘s side just can’t seem to find any rhythm at the moment, and it’s reflected in their seriously flat performances.

The Red Devils tactically just looked an absolute mess. It wasn’t an enjoyable watch whatsoever.

There were not many stand-out performers on the day – although one first-team squad member outshone the rest.

Bruno Fernandes – Manchester United’s saviour

Where would Manchester United be without their club captain? Bruno Fernandes showed his class against the Cherries.

His two goals meant he was the saviour on the day, and ultimately ensured that United didn’t leave the Vitality empty-handed.

Bruno has been an ever-present, consistent performer in the Manchester United side since his arrival. This is reflected in some simply ludicrous stats.

The Portuguese Magnifico has often been the catalyst to dig United out of holes when they need most – and he did so again against Bournemouth. It’s just a shame none of his teammates really showed up for the occasion.

Amad Diallo sends message to Bruno Fernandes

Amad Diallo got some rare minutes against the Cherries, coming on for Alejandro Garnacho at half-time. He didn’t exactly make the impact he did against Liverpool in the FA Cup, but definitely provided something different out wide.

He acknowledged his captain’s performance on the day with an Instagram story posted afterwards. He wrote: ‘Magico Bruno,’ with a love heart.

Diallo also posted a rather cryptic story alongside this. He put up a picture of himself with an emoji depicting a zipped-shut mouth.

A strange one from the Ivorian – we’re not too sure what he is hinting at.
