Police appeal for witnesses after motorbike and car crash on A4 near Theale fire station

Police are appealing for witnesses after a minor injury road traffic collision.

The incident involved a motorbike and a blue Toyota Hilux.

They collided on the A4, near Theale fire station, at around 05.53am last Monday (April 8).

Thames Valley Police said the motorcyclist was not identified, and no one yet has come forward.

There have been no reports from any hospitals or an injured party.

Investigating officer, based at Newbury Police Station, PC Simon Kincaid said: “We are continuing to investigate this report of a minor injury road traffic collision.

“I am appealing for witnesses and the motorcyclist to please make contact with us as soon as possible.”

He added: “I’d also ask any motorists who were in the local area around the time of the collision to check dash-cam footage in case it may have captured something that could assist the investigation.
