By Niamh Kirk

Season 11 of Married At First Sight Australia has been brimming with drama so far - from cheating scandals to bizarre 'muzzling' comments and explosive rows, but where are this years' contestants now?

While these singletons put their trust in three experts to find their 'perfect' match, meeting for the first time on their wedding day, we watch as they navigate being married to a complete stranger.

We've seen fierce feuds between brides, grooms being called 'whales', and shocking infidelity claims, and some couples have managed to stay together - through thick and thin - while others have endured explosive break-ups.

So which contestants have stood the test of time after filming? Here's everything you need to know - warning, spoilers ahead.

Jack and Tori

While Tori defiantly has stood by her husband throughout some incredibly tough moments. Despite Jack's controversial comments to other co-stars, including telling one groom he needs to 'muzzle' his wife, and him admitting to having a 'secret girlfriend' - the couple are still together.

Personal trainer Jack, 34, and business development manager, Tori, 27, have been seen out and about since the show looking incredibly loved up. After their final vows, which have yet to air for UK audiences, Jack took to Instagram to share a sweet message to his wife.

"Dear wife, you are the most incredible partner I could ever ask for. Your intelligence, your courage, your unconditional loyalty. You have supported me in ways that a man could never explain. For this, I thank you, my journey on #MAFS was unforgettable however it's only a chapter out of our 'story of life'. You complete me & I vowed to always protect, respect & take care of you #mybaby you have absolutely won my heart."

Tori posted: "Jack, our journey was not for the faint of heart. We spent each and every day on what felt like a battlefield. We were alignment from day dot and our unity never wavered. You showed me that the old-school love that I asked for, exists. You treat me with nothing but the utmost love, respect and gratitude. Thank you for making me feel protected, secure and valued.

"Jack, whilst we didn't choose each other in the beginning, I can wholeheartedly say I choose you today and every day thereafter. This experiment is only the beginning of our journey, here’s to the next chapter of us #MAFS"

Jayden and Eden

Jayden and Eden have quickly become fan favourites and it was clear they had an immediate connection on the show. However, they've still faced a few roadblocks on their journey. The first came when Jayden admitted to Eden that he once got revenge on a cheating girlfriend by making her watch him sleep with her best friend.

Jayden admitted the shocking claim during Confessions Week, where he told Eden: "My ex-girlfriend cheated on me. She was going on dinner dates, movie dates and I even had guys openly admit to me in person that they had slept with her.

"I told her that I was willing to give her another chance, but (that) I'm gonna sleep with her best friend while she watches. One of her friends agreed to do it. So after a little bit of chatting for a few days, it happened."

The second was when the couple were seen arguing over Sara's alleged infidelity scandal. However, the pair have featured on each other's social media since the end of filming, sparking hints they're still together. They told each other they loved each other at the final dinner party and exchanged sweet vows during their final vows - and Jayden gifted Eden a new bracelet as a symbol of their journey together.

Sara and Tim

Nutritionist Sara, 29, and online business owner Tim, 31 have also been at the centre of some tough moments, most notably Sara's explosive admission over meeting up with her ex behind Tim's back. For those watching MAFS on UK time, the couple seem to be trying to work things out, putting on a united front.

However, Sara recently confirmed to 9Entertainment that the couple have split up since the show. "We broke up a month after the Reunion. We didn't speak for a little while after, it was hard for us both but a few months down the track we started talking again. We're definitely friends now, we are very amicable. It's been good to be on good terms because we went through this crazy ride together." She revealed she felt as if Tim never moved on from the issues they faced when she met up with her ex and called it a "constant battle".

Tristan and Cassandra

Cassandra, a 29-year-old administration officer and 30-year-old event manager Tristan captured the hearts of fans on their wedding day. However it's clear the couple have some serious communication issues due to Tristan's lack of affection for his wife.

In their final commitment ceremony, which is yet to be aired in the UK, the pair reportedly decide to part ways and reveal they're "ready to accept [they] are just going to be friends".

During the emotional scenes in episode 29, Cass tells Tristan: "The next woman to be with you will be the luckiest in the world," while he adds: "To my ex-wife Cass, I am the luckiest dude to get matched with you. You have been patient, kind, you have listened but overall you are genuine and you mean everything to me."

Timothy and Lucinda

Online business owner Timothy, 51, and MC & Wedding Celebrant Lucinda, 43, have come a long way since they first joned the show, and while they are now in a much better place, we can see Lucinda still battling to get Timothy to open up.

In the final commitment ceremony, which is soon to be aired, the pair decide to leave the experiment as friends. Lucinda's tribute to Timothy warmed the hearts of fans as she says: "I know that a wonderful woman awaits you..."

Timothy himself also took to Instagram shortly after filming and wrote: "Turns out Friends at First Sight is even better when you have a friendship like ours."

Jonathan and Lauren

PR and marketing consultant Lauren, 32, and health business owner Jonathan, 39, hit it off well, and despite a few road bumps, they've managed to stay together. The no-nonsense bride doesn't hold back when it comes to her thoughts, which has seen the couple face a few issues, but the pair have overcome them together.

However, they aren't in the clear yet as explosive scenes are set to go down during the final week of the show. Reports in Australian publications claim Jonathan ends up texting another co-star, Ellie, behind Lauren's back. This causes a huge argument, which sees Lauren dump Jonathan during the final vows.

Collins and Natalie

Physiotherapist Natalie, 32, and executive assistant Collins, 28, started strong when they realised how much they had in common, but the high-energy couple crumbled quickly when Collins admitted he was "put off" by Natalie's "nerdy" side and left the experiment early on.

Speaking to Yahoo, Natalie updated fans by revealing: "We don't talk...What really hurt was he could see how sad and how affected I was by being on the experiment, and he never checked in. I checked in with him, and he gave me one-word answers, but he never reached out just to see if I was okay."

Ben and Ellie

Nurse Ellie, 32, and podcaster and construction worker Ben, 39 started well until Ellie accused her husband of not being on the show for "genuine reasons". She then ended the relationship with her husband after he went missing for 24 hours and their relationship broke down quickly.

Daily Mail then released exclusive photos of Ellie and fellow groom Jonathan, who was originally coupled up with Lauren, spending a romantic day together on the beach where they were seen kissing and holding hands, sparking rumours of a relationship.

Ridge and Jade

Psychiatric nurse Ridge, 27, and executive assistant Jade, 26 instantly clicked on their wedding day and have easily become one of the strongest couples on the show.

Ridge took to Instagram to post a sweet tribute to Jade after the show had finished fimling and wrote: "If you had told me before I went on this experiment that I'd find love, I would have laughed in your face and told you to tell your story walking.

"In the experiment, I managed to meet a girl who made me fall so deeply for her and made me realise why it never worked with anyone else. She's all I've ever wanted and so much more," adding how grateful he is for their relationship.

Ash and Madeline

Psychic medium Madeleine, 30, and sales manager Ash, 33 appeared to have a rocky start as they clashed on their honeymoon. In the commitment ceremony, Madeline wanted to leave, but a willing Ash wrote to stay.

It was later revealed that the couple had left the experiment before they could make it to the next commitment ceremony as Ash had a "change of heart" and Madeline had abruptly left.

Richard and Andrea

Motivational speaker Richard, 62, and photographer Andrea, 51, are the oldest couple in the show. However, it seems as if the couple are in trouble as they can't seem to get past Richard's explicit comments about their sex life during a recent commitment ceremony.

In the commitment ceremony yet to be aired in the UK, the pair decided to part their seprate ways after not being able to get back on track from the comments made.

Stephen and Michael

Salesman Michael, 34, and hairdresser Stephen, 26, started off rocky after a deep rooted 'lack of connection' as well as flirting accusations. Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Stephen said: "We didn't have anything to bond over... Every interaction, it just didn't flow and it was hard work."

The pair are no longer friends, but only recently cut ties and Stephen blamed it on the "external pressures" which he's "disappointed" about.
