One of the faster men on the planet has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, as Hawaii wideout and New Zealand 100 meter record holder Eddie Osei-Nketia is seeking a new place to ply his trade.

When it comes to out and out speed, Osei-Nketia has few — if any — peers on the football field. His New Zealand record time for the 100 meters is 10.08 seconds.

Osei-Nketia has played multiple positions at Hawaii, mostly running back and wide receiver. He stands 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs around 215 pounds. But coming from a non-football background, his play is raw and he hasn’t seen the field for the Rainbow Warriors.

He’ll have multiple years of eligibility remaining to continue seeing if his world-class speed can translate into a dangerous presence on the football field.

This story will be updated.
