West Norfolk Rugby Club U15s secure dominant double over Wisbech

In a thrilling local derby, West Norfolk Rugby Club U15s completed a dominant home and away double over rivals Wisbech.

The first half was a tense and somewhat scrappy affair as both teams settled in, Wisbech keen to win at home after losing away to West at the start of the season.

Wisbech took the lead and West Norfolk struggled to close the gap. Despite the intense rivalry, West Norfolk swapped ends at half-time trailing.

However, as has become characteristic of their season, West Norfolk found a new gear when facing possible defeat. They completely dominated the pitch in the second half, scoring a flurry of tries that left Wisbech unable to contain them.

The game was very action-packed, and Wisbech demonstrated their renowned skill with some excellent rugby, displaying good passing and scoring impressive tries of their own.

Despite accumulating an impressive 21 points, the spotlight belonged to West Norfolk, who just could not be stopped and surged to victory with a comfortable lead in the final ten minutes, ending the match with a scoreline of 21-36.
