Those terms centre around his influence over recruitment with his power of veto on transfers being removed.
If West Ham do not turn around the Europa League tie against Bayer Leverkusen it means West Ham’s season will end at Man City on May 19th.
So a decision will be made clear after then.
Although all the tell-tale signs are there that the Scot will be leaving after four-and-a-half years of his second spell as Hammers boss.
