A new pub/restaurant is opening in Bartholomew Street, Newbury, in the autumn.
The Coat & Bear will be in a building with a listed Regency-era frontage and the name is a nod to Newbury-born Paddington Bear author Michael Bond and the historic Newbury Coat of of 1811.
