Gwen Stefani Has Her Own Tractor?

It’s surprising to many, but Gwen Stefani has evolved into a legitimate farm girl — she even owns her own tractor, according to hubby Blake Shelton.

Shelton loves gushing about his wife’s shocking affinity for tending crops.

With her new duet with her husband of three years, “Purple Irises,” the ska-pop singer has literally become the song. She has taken on the country life not only by singing in corn fields with her country star hubby, but by planting her own flowers in her seemingly comfortable country life.

In a recent interview with Nylon Magazine, the “Spiderwebs” singer says she was inspired by some wild purple irises that were growing on the “Ole Red” singer’s Oklahoma ranch.

The pop star had decided to transplant these beauties and learned a little bit of farming along the way, which led to being an inspiration behind the couple’s new single.

Shelton proudly shares that his rockstar wife, “has an incredible sense for planting things: how to grow them and once it’s growing, how to cultivate it, and when to prune something.”

He explains how Gwen is actually a better farmer than he is, because she focuses on patches at a time vs. his way of planting acres all at once.

“Gwen has her own tractor now,” Shelton reveals, “and we’re working toward her one day soon being able to fire it up and go out to do her own thing on it.”

Blake Shelton fans and No Doubt fans are continuously surprised at the change of pace for the couple — and specifically for the “Hollaback Girl” singer, who is now a true country gal.
