Russia once again attacked Ukraine overnight on April 20. The air defense forces destroyed two enemy missiles and three reconnaissance drones, according to the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykola Oleshchuk.

In the night of April 20, Russians attacked Ukraine with three Iskander-M ballistic missiles, two S-300/S-400 surface-to-air missiles from the Belgorod region, and two guided aviation missiles Kh-59/Kh-69 from the Black Sea waters.

The air defense system destroyed two guided aviation missiles Kh-59/Kh-69.

Additionally, on the southern front, three reconnaissance UAVs were destroyed - two Orlan-10 and one Superkam.

Enemy's night attack

Tonight, the occupiers struck at Zaporizhzhia. As reported by the head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, the Russians launched a missile strike on the city's industrial infrastructure. According to him, no casualties were reported.

Also, in the morning, the Defense Forces of southern Ukraine reported the operation of the air defense system in the southern region. Later, an explosion in Odesa became known.
