Russia's invitation to any event will always be aimed at stimulating aggression. Moscow will bring its "Russian world" along with threats and tanks, states the advisor to the head of the Office of the President, Mykhailo Podolyak.

Podolyak reacted to France's decision to invite Russia to the anniversary of the Normandy landings. He noted that some might want to return to the "sweet pre-war time" when Russia was feared but dealt with nonetheless.

"It won't work. Because today, Russia has cast off all decorative masks, replaced them with a grimace of hatred, and simply wants to kill, attack, destroy. Therefore, any invitation to Russia to any event (high-level meetings, celebrations, games, discussions) is always aimed at stimulating aggression, encouraging killings, maximizing the genocidal component of war," Podolyak believes.

The advisor to the head of the President's Office emphasized that the "Russian world" demonstratively offends modern humanitarian civilization with its actions. He called for not inviting Moscow to any international events because Russians "will definitely come with threats and tanks."

It has recently become known that a Russian delegation has been invited to the International Ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the allies' landing in Normandy.

The French organization Mission Libération confirmed that the Russian delegation may be present at the ceremony. However, the organization attempted to justify itself, stating that they did not directly invite the Russian dictator, Vladimir Putin.
