The humanitarian organization Palestinian Red Crescent reported that at least 14 people were killed during an IDF raid on the Nur Shams refugee camp in the northern West Bank, according to The Times of Israel.

"The Palestinian Red Crescent says at least 14 people have been killed in an Israel Defense Forces raid in the Nur Shams refugee camp in the northern West Bank," the organization said.

There is no comment from the IDF regarding the PRC report.

Earlier today, the Israel Defense Forces said that troops killed 10 militants during a counterterrorism operation that, according to them, began on Thursday.

War in Israel

Hamas invaded Israeli territory on October 7, 2023, killing and capturing civilians. In response, Israel declared war on the Gaza Strip to eliminate Hamas.

In early April, it became known that Israeli troops were withdrawn from the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

By the way, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant has stated that the offensive against Hamas will continue, despite the UN Security Council's adoption of a resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.
