The United States may send aid to Ukraine as early as this week. Among other things, the package will include ATACMS missiles, reports CBS News.

Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Mark Warner said that the support package for Ukraine should have been approved six months ago, but that the best time to send it would be this week.

"Getting this additional equipment as quickly as possible. I hope once this gets to the President by Tuesday or Wednesday, that these shipments will be literally launched with that longer range ATACMS," the senator emphasized.
