On March 5, 2024, the son of Janelle and Kody Brown of TLC’s Sister Wives was found dead in his home. Robert ‘Garrison’ Brown was just 25 years old at the time of his passing. Garrison’s sudden death came as a tragic shock to the world. His mother wrote on social media how he was a “bright spot in all of our lives.” Just days before his death, Garrison shared he had adopted a new cat, and now his mom shares an update on how the late star’s pets are doing.

The Sister Wives family was left heartbroken following Garrison’s untimely passing this March. Since his death, many of his family members have taken to social media to pay tribute to him. Meri Brown shared in early April how she accidentally came across a photo of herself and Garrison on her phone and added how she was “immediately moved to tears.”

Garrison Brown’s cats

In the extremely difficult mourning period following Garrison’s death, it appears his family has been doing their best to honor him.

They’ve been taking care of his cats. His mom, Janelle, shared a sweet update with fans in relation to his pets.

Taking to Instagram on April 22, Janelle shared a slider of snaps showing how the cats are settling into their new homes.

She explained how “Garrison’s cats, Catthew and Patches are thriving at Logan and Michelle’s place…”

Janelle added that the newly adopted “Ms Boots is living her best life with Aspyn and Mitch. It was awesome that we could continue to take care of them like he would.”

Sister Wives fans say Garrison is ‘smiling down’

Following the heartbreaking news of Garrison’s passing, fans were quick to send their condolences to the Brown family.

Now, after seeing Janelle’s cat update, many share how their “hearts are warmed” by the news.

Taking to the comments section almost two months on from Garrison’s death, some wrote of the update: “They are absolutely gorgeous. I’m glad they are doing so well.”

And more said: “This makes my heart so happy.”

More said the fact Garrison’s cats are being so well taken care of is a “beautiful tribute” to him.
