Arts and crafts retailer Hobby Lobby is opening up another New Jersey store in a former Bed Bath & Beyond location.
According to CoStar, the Hobby Lobby will take over the site of a former Bed Bath & Beyond located in East Hanover, New Jersey, on 180 Route 10, which is in Morris County.
The store is already seeking workers ahead of its opening. Two months ago, the retailer posted a job opening on LinkedIn for a “retail co-manager” at the future East Hanover location.
Bed Bath & Beyond, a home goods retailer, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year and shuttered hundreds of stores, eventually retooling its business model to become an online-only retailer after Overstock.com purchased the company’s intellectual property and kept the Bed Bath & Beyond name.
