US aid to Ukraine

The US Congress is moving towards approving aid to Ukraine, although it could not do it last fall. The reason for this was the position of some members of the Republican Party.

Today, the Senate began voting on the Ukraine aid bill. After approval, the law is to be signed by Joe Biden.

Reuters reported that the United States is preparing a large arms package for Ukraine. According to preliminary data, it will be worth up to $1 billion.
