Chelsea fans have been saying a lot on social media about Kai Havertz’s performance for Arsenal tonight.
The Germany international enjoyed arguably his best night yet at the Emirates Stadium as Havertz bagged a brace against his former club in what was to be a 5-0 win for Arsenal, with Ben White and Leandro Trossard also on the scoresheet.
Having joined Arsenal this summer from Chelsea, there were a lot of question marks over how Havertz would fit in at the Gunners under Mikel Arteta, with the 24-year-old viewed as a potential Granit Xhaka replacement.

Despite bagging a brace, some Chelsea fans on social media were able to praise Havertz, with Arsenal handing Chelsea one of their worst results yet this season under Mauricio Pochettino.
Having lost to Chelsea in the past by scorelines as great as 6-0, Arsenal fans will savour this result for many years to come, especially if the north London side go on to win the Premier League title.
Indeed, the result tonight will be the ultimate motivation Arteta’s side need heading into Sunday’s massive North London Derby against Tottenham, where the title run could realistically be decided.
As for Chelsea fans, tonight was yet another miserable episode in what is quickly becoming a season to forget, with European qualification more or less off the table for the Blues baring a miracle or two.
Yet some supporters were able to praise Havertz for his performance against them, with the German famous at Stamford Bridge for winning Chelsea the 2021 UEFA Champions League.
