Nam had a tough time on The Challenge

Before appearing on Netflix’s Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? Nam Vo was a cast member on MTV’s The Challenge.

Before that, he proved himself on another show – Ultimate Beastmaster.

Ultimate Beastmaster was also a Netflix series. Nam appeared in season 1 back in 2017. He was a 25-year-old mechanical engineering student at the time.

A few years later, Nam made his MTV debut on The Challenge Double Agents.

He was medically disqualified after injuring his back.

A true fighter, Nam returned to The Challenge the following year on Spies, Lies & Allies.

He was medically disqualified again after receiving a positive COVID-19 test.

Nam went back on The Challenge a third time. He appeared in Ride or Dies which was filmed in Argentina. Nam and Emmy Russ stepped in as replacements on the show for Kaycee and Kenny Clark.

For a third time, Nam was disqualified from the show. This time, it was because Emmy quit.

Nam is Fighting For Paradise

After some really bad luck during his time on The Challenge, Nam is ready to battle it out on Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust?.

He’s playing alongside models and party boys, as well as some fellow reality stars including Too Hot to Handle star Samira Diasso.

Taking to Instagram this January, Nam shared a compilation video of himself working out along with audio that says: “I kept going. Not because I wanted to. Trust me, all of me wanted to stop. I kept going, because I deserve to know what not giving up on myself felt like.”

Fans taking to the comments section of his post wrote how the star is a “warrior,” and more said: “Born champion,” and “You’re an example.”
