The victim was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital. He has since been discharged and is now recovering from his injuries.
The teens were arrested in Kent on Tuesday - more than six weeks after the stabbing - and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Price, of Amulet Close, Thetford, also faces a second charge of possession of a bladed article.
They have been remanded in custody and will appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today.
Police have been asked where in Kent the pair were arrested.
