RF strike on Kharkiv region: Number of casualties rises to 10, rail traffic restricted

As a result of the Russian Federation's attack on the railway station in Balakliia, 7 injured individuals were hospitalized. It is also known that there has been a delay in the movement of suburban trains, according to Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, as well as Ukrzaliznytsia and Suspilne.

According to Syniehubov, 7 people were injured as a result of the attack, all of whom were hospitalized.

Among the injured are three women aged 37, 47, and 60, and four men aged 39, 49, 49, and 62. They sustained explosive injuries of varying degrees as a result of the Russian shelling.

Later, he reported that the number of injured had increased to 10 – two women aged 37 and 48, and a 55-year-old civilian man were wounded.

Russia attacked the railway station in Balakliia with a missile while the victims were in the passenger cars of the electric train Kharkiv - Izyum.

Later, Ukrzaliznytsia reported that three of their employees were injured during the attack on the railway in the Kharkiv region.

It is also known that due to the enemy strike, train No. 6407 Kharkiv - Izyum and others traveling towards Balakliia according to the schedule will be restricted: they will not continue beyond Balakliia.

Shelling of Kharkiv Region

Kharkiv and its surrounding region are under constant attacks from the Russian Federation, largely due to the fact that the region borders Russia.

Yesterday, Zolochiv in the Bohodukhivskyi district of the Kharkiv region was subjected to enemy attack as well. There are reports of damage to administrative buildings in the area as a result of the hostile attack.
