Moyes shares the best news a West Ham fan could possibly ask for ahead of Liverpool clash

West Ham United manager David Moyes addressed the media this afternoon, ahead of our clash with Liverpool tomorrow.

David Moyes is in desperate need of a win tomorrow, but that will obviously be easier said than done for West Ham against title-chasing Liverpool.

Whatever happens tomorrow, Moyes is seemingly done in charge of the Hammers, with the likes of Paulo Fonseca allegedly being lined up to replace him.

That said, the Scot will surely be desperate for his team to finish the season strongly, with an outside chance of still sneaking into the top seven.

The West Ham players should be well up for this one, after the embarrassing showing away at Crystal Palace last week.

And ahead of the game, Moyes has shared some really good news for us…

The Scot addressed the media during his pre-match press conference this afternoon, ahead of the game against Jurgen Klopp’s side.

Whichever side he selects, each and every player will have to be on their very best form, if they are to have any chance of beating the Reds.

And Moyes provided a big update, as quoted by WHUFC.com:

“Jarrod Bowen is back training so there’s a good chance he’ll be available. We’ll still need to monitor him.”

That is absolutely fantastic news.

Jarrod Bowen didn’t feature against Crystal Palace, and when he doesn’t play it’s very obvious to see just how reliant on him we are.

West Ham need all three points against Liverpool, and Moyes will be well aware of how important Bowen is to our hopes of doing just that.

Let’s hope that the 27-year-old forward passes any late fitness tests that he may be forced to undertake.
