Goals from Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz were enough to secure the win for Arsenal in what was one of the tensest games of the season for the Gunners, with Martin Odegaard revealing that the dressing room was in a state of relief at the full-time whistle.

Bukayo Saka reaches 20 goal contributions vs Premier League ‘big six’

As per TNT Sports, Saka has now registered 20 goal contributions against the Premier League ‘big six’ since making his senior debut in January 2019, a record that only Salah and De Bruyne have bested during the same period.

With Saka taking his tally to 19 goals and 14 assists in all competitions this season, this new record set by the forward is yet another testament to just how brilliant the Arsenal winger now is under Mikel Arteta.

Saka showed vs Tottenham why he is now Arsenal’s franchise player

Scoring one of the best Arsenal goals of the season whilst ending the game with the captain’s armband would have been a dream come true for Saka, who at 22 just keeps getting better with every season.

And the winger showed against Tottenham why is now Arsena’s franchise player, that star name in the squad who alone will attract new fans to the club and will be remembered for years to come.

Indeed, Saka has been nothing short of immense this season, and the winger will want to end the year on a massive high in the form of the Premier League title.
