Latest update on Everton’s Bramley-Moore Dock stadium has dropped today with brand-new feature installed

Everton confirmed their top-flight status once again over the weekend, as they cruised to victory against an equally-maligned Brentford side.

It has not been a good year for Thomas Frank’s men, and in losing at Goodison Park they saw Sean Dyche’s men actually leapfrog them in a table they should already be above them in.

In fact, were the Premier League true to points earned this campaign, the Toffees would actually sit in 13th, just one win away from 11th.

However, none of that matters now, as all that was important was safety.

And now that it has been attained, attention can turn towards a brighter future.

Brand-new Bramley-Moore Dock update emerges

Arguably the greatest thing that Evertonians have to look forward to at the moment is their new stadium, with the Bramley-Moore Dock arena really making great progress down on the waterfront.

In fact, in this latest drone video, provided by Paul Frost on YouTube, we are treated to a full fly-around whilst he also details a brand-new feature which has just been installed.

Having seen the stunning scale of each stand, we then focus in on the historic dock wall which offers a perimeter for the grounds.

And, within that, gateways have now been implemented to make fan access far easier.

This update, whilst seemingly minor, actually offered a brief glimpse into how this stadium is being prepared for the match-day experience at last. We are just over six months away from the expected completion of this historic build…

Everton’s focus can now be on a brighter future at the new stadium

Having spent the entire season petrified at the prospect of relegation, with deduction after deduction only intensifying that possibility, the relief felt around Goodison Park when that full-time whistle went on Saturday was palpable.

They had avoided the drop for a third straight season, and done it with three games to spare.

Now, it should allow Evertonians to enjoy the rest of the campaign, free from the stresses that a relegation dogfight commands.

And, focus can perhaps drift elsewhere, with the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium a perfect place for their thoughts to wander.

Having been the sole shining light for this club across the last few years, rumours regarding the potential sale of the arena threatened that safe haven.

But hopefully, with Premier League football once again assured, this can once again return as the cherry on top of the cake that safety brings. It is not much, but it’s the very least that this magnificent new stadium deserves.

It could, and hopefully should, prove revolutionary for the Toffees as they seek to finally turn their fortunes around.
