Rumors are circulating that a celebrity may be joining the cast of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives.”

A Reddit post which gained many interactions had pegged New Jersey-born comedian Chelsea Handler to join the recently altered ”Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast over the weekend.

Handler took to Instagram on Sunday to dispel the rumors with a story post.

“This is not true,” Handler wrote, over a screenshot of the report. The story has since expired as Instagram story posts do after 24 hours.

The former “Chelsea Lately” host did not share any further details on the rumors.

Handler, a Livingston native, ripped the Real Housewives franchise onAndy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” back in 2013.

“I think it’s sick. I mean, I think that franchise is kind of a terrible thing that women shouldn’t be making money off the fact they have fake boobs, fake vagina and a fake whatever, so I actually don’t support that,” Handler said.

The cast of the show’s upcoming 14th season has yet to be announced, though Crystal Kung Minkoff and Annemarie Wiley have announced their departures from “RHOBH.”

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 13 cast included Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, Crystal Kung Minkoff and Annemarie Wiley.

Season 14 is expected to premiere in late 2024 or early 2025, although Bravo has not yet determined an exact date or the cast.
