Next Level Property wins Best in Postcode Award for Customer Service

A property business has won an award after being recognised for its work efforts.

Next Level Property, an independent estate agent in Fenland, has been recognised for delivering outstanding customer service to its clients by winning a Best in Postcode Award from The ESTAS – the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

The award has been achieved via customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS review platform which is exclusively for real estate professionals. The reviews have been completed at the end of the moving experience.

ESTAS monitors and verifies service ratings over a 12-month period giving a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that’s been delivered to customers.

Steve Bowles, director of Next Level Property which has been going since August 2022, found out the news yesterday that his small business had won the award.

He said: “I am passionate about making sure I give really good service to my clients.

“For me, it's really important to get my name out there as much as I can.

“The main thing for me is to have a successful transaction for people and give good service at the same time.”

As a Postcode winner, the business has been shortlisted to win a prestigious county, regional, or national trophy at the famous ESTAS Awards which take place on October 18.

The awards will be presented by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals.
