Report: Dallas Police not pursuing charges against Dak Prescott for alleged sexual assault

Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

Back in February, a woman accused Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott of sexual assault from an incident back in 2017. The Dallas Police Department has since investigated the matter and reportedly decided Prescott will not be charged with anything.

WFAA in Dallas says the Attorney’s Office could not find any evidence to support what the woman was accusing Prescott of.

“The Dallas Police Department will not pursue criminal charges against Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott after a woman accused him of sexual assault, sources confirm to WFAA,” the report said. “Sources tell WFAA the department found no evidence to support the woman’s claim, and the District Attorney’s Office says it has no case.”
