Explosions were heard in Kharkiv, then the local authorities confirmed that the Russian military shelled the city. According to the head of the Kharkiv RMA, preliminary information indicates that the Russian army dropped a guided bomb on the city.

There was a strike in Kharkiv's Kholodnogirskyi district in the residential area. A private house caught fire. According to the police, a two-story building is on fire.
