New York Times reports when Germany will transfer Patriot to Ukraine
Germany will be able to transfer the Patriot surface-to-air missile system to Ukraine no earlier than the end of June. The delivery may coincide with the transfer of F-16 fighter jets.
Starting from Monday (May 6), as reported, about 70 Ukrainian military personnel will begin six-week training on the Patriot system at an air base in eastern Germany.
"Once the training is completed, it usually takes German forces about two days to truck the huge missile launchers, radar and other parts to the logistics hub in Poland and to give them to Ukrainian officials to take across the border," writes NYT.
The promised missile system may arrive in Ukraine no earlier than the end of June. At the same time, the delivery of the Patriot may coincide with the delivery of the F-16.
Ukraine's cyberattack hits Russia's Tatarstan: Internet and communication targeted
Cyber specialists from the Defense Intelligence are conducting a large-scale attack on internet providers and telecommunication operators in Russia's Tatarstan.
The main target of the Ukrainian intelligence attack was the communication networks in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone. It houses more than 30 productions, including those related to the Russian defense-industrial complex.
According to RBC-Ukraine sources, this cyberattack caused internet disruption in Tatarstan and Kazan and operation trouble for MTS mobile operator, as well as smaller telecommunications operators like PJSC Tattelecom and Ufanet.
Moreover, this operation resulted in internet outages and issues with various applications. Apps for door entry systems were affected too.

Italy to announce new aid package including SAMP/T for Ukraine in June
Italy is poised to announce a new package of military aid to Ukraine ahead of the Group of Seven (G7) summit scheduled for June 13.
According to La Repubblica sources, Italy's ninth aid package will include SAMP/T, an effective air defense system essential for protecting the Ukrainian capital and major urban centers.
