Roloff Farms clearly wasn’t a good fit for Tori and Zach Roloff, but it seems Amy and Matt’s other son, Jacob Roloff, is now calling the place home. Zach and Matt’s seemingly ongoing feud was sparked after Roloff Farms was put up for sale. During Little People, Big World’s latest season, Zach explained how the “ship had sailed” with his father.
TLC fans were “sad” during Little People Big World‘s past season as episode 10 made people feel as though the show was coming to an end. Zach and Tori already confirmed they’re no longer appearing on LPBW. The two are focusing on their podcast. However, there’s no word on whether Matt, Amy, Chris, and Caryn will carry on filming without them.
Jacob Roloff lives on the farm
Former Little People, Big World star Jacob, his wife, Isabel Sofia, and their son, Mateo, are all residents of Roloff Farms these days.
While the TLC show’s drama has been centered around the farm and the family, it turns out that Matt’s been sharing his land with one of his sons for over two years.
Matt shares a “sweet video” taken by Isabel on his Instagram page which sees Jacob hard at work on the farm.
In the video’s comments section, fans asked if Jacob is living on the farm to which Isabel replied: “Yes.”
One asked if the family was living in an RV on the property, but Isabel stated: “We actually live in Matt’s old house now, we sold the RV!”
Matt answers fans’ questions
Taking to Facebook at the end of April, Matt answered many of his fans’ most-asked questions.
The TLC star didn’t hold back in his lengthy post as he confirmed Jacob and his family live on the farm, as well as whether he sees his grandkids.
Matt said: “It’s hard for me to not talk the most about Jacob. While you all see Zach and his family the most on TV…. I see and talk to Jacob, Izzy and Mateo the most.”
Going into details about how long Jacob’s been working on the farm, he said: “He has developed over the past 2 1/2 years a burning passion to run and generate his own projects on the farm– He enjoys milling his own lumber, all things mechanical, setting up the annual pumpkin patch business while planting hundreds of new fruit trees and building gardens that grow their own organic foods and vegetables to feed his family (and me)…
Matt adds how his son and daughter-in-law are “passionate about the soil and the environment.”
He says: “…they bring me fresh eggs from our chickens every other morning- They live on the farm and are always around working away with little Mateo collecting eggs and helping his dad pull the tools around in his wagon- Mateo and Liam (Caryn’s grandson) are very best friends and play and adventure together on the farm frequently…”
