Police have flocked to a street in Scotland after a chainsaw-wielding man was seen apparently chasing officers down a road in broad daylight.
Footage circulated online of a police officer sprinting away down a street in Paisley, apparently being pursued by a man running with a chainsaw in his hands.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Glasgow Road in Paisley is closed between Buchlyvie Road and Allanton Avenue following a disturbance.
"Officers are at the scene. Please avoid the area. Drivers are urged to use an alternative route."
