Despite Taylor Swift not being in attendance at this year’s Met Gala, her ‘BFF’ Sabrina Carpenter was, and she was spotted interacting with Kylie Jenner.
It doesn’t look like there’s any beef between Carpenter and the Kardashian/Jenners, but the same can’t be said about her BFF, Taylor Swift. The ‘feud’ between the Bad Blood singer and Kim Kardashian goes all the way back to the Kanye West days. It seems to have been reignited recently as Swift released the song thanK you alMee on her new album, Tortured Poets Department, rumored to be a jab at Kim.
Sabrina Carpenter and Kylie Jenner have ‘wholesome exchange’ at Met Gala
Despite the animosity between Kylie’s sister and Sabrina’s best friend, it looks like the two are on good terms with each other, as they were recorded in a sweet exchange at the prestigious Vogue event.
The mom of two happened to walk past whilst the Espresso singer was being interviewed by YouTube sensation Emma Chamberlain and was very complimentary.
“Hi,” she excitedly exclaimed to the pair while telling them they both looked “cute and beautiful,” as the three burst into laughter.
The exchange was only short, as Kylie continued to walk up the famous stairs with the trail of her dress being held up by workers.
“I love girly girls,” wrote one fan as the video circulates X, formerly known as Twitter.
“OMGGGG!” exclaimed another excited fan.
The singer makes red carpet debut with Barry Keoghan
Despite Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce not making their red-carpet debut, we did get one from one of Hollywood‘s hottest new couples, Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan.
The celebrity couple, who have a 7-year age gap, stunned as they posed for pictures. The music star wore a two-toned Oscar de la Renta gown, while the movie star sported a velvet green Burberry suit.
Although the two shared snaps together at the Oscars after-party, the Vogue event marked their first official appearance as a couple since being linked in December last year. They were also seen attending Coachella together, as the singer made a reference to his movie Saltburn on stage.
