‘He can run all day’: Aaron Ramsdale says Arsenal have a player who’s ridiculously fit

Arsenal have one of the fittest squads in the Premier League.

The Gunners have so many players who seemingly never run out of steam.

The likes of Ben White, William Saliba, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Magalhaes all seem to be able to play every single game for Arsenal without much need for a break.

Declan Rice is another player who seemingly has this super-human ability to stay fit, and speaking on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, Aaron Ramsdale has been full of praise for the England international.

Indeed, the goalkeeper spoke highly of Rice and his fitness, claiming that he’s a player who can run all day.

Aaron Ramsdale says Declan Rice can run all day

Ramsdale was blown away by Rice and how fit he is.

“He can play as a number eight or we can bring on a more attacking player like Fabio to play as a number eight and he can drop as a six, or we can bring a Thomas Partey on if Jorginho is tired. He can run all day yeah. Zinchenko calls him the horse,” Ramsdale said.

Declan Rice is scarily fit

Ramsdale is spot on, Rice is a remarkably fit player.

He’s played basically every single game for Arsenal this season, and the scary thing is that we can’t remember him ever even breaking a sweat.

Rice covers every single blade of grass twice over whenever he plays, and, somehow, he always looks as though he’s as fresh as a daisy by the time the next match rolls around.

Rice is clearly doing something right behind the scenes, because his fitness is remarkable.

He’s training hard and he’s eating the right things, and while it sounds simple, those little things are what makes all the difference when you’re challenging for a league title.

There’s a reason Rice is in the running for the PFA Player of the Year Award, and his fitness is a huge part of that.
