Bernardo Silva has highlighted one Manchester City teammate who is always reliable.

Having racked up over 350 appearances for the Blues since his arrival from Monaco in 2017, the midfielder has shared the dressing room with a plethora of players at the Manchester club.

Across his 351 games in a City shirt, Silva has scored 66 goals and supplied 62 assists, winning many trophies along the way including five Premier League titles.

In a recent short shared on the Premier League’s official YouTube channel, Silva was asked to build his dream five-a-side team made out of his City teammates.

After picking Rodri as his midfield option, the Portuguese international said this when asked to choose someone for an attacking position.

He said: “I’m going with Kevin De Bruyne. He’s a midfielder but he’s also an attacker.

“Big-game player. When it matters, he’s there for the team.”

Kevin De Bruyne has been involved in some big monents for City

Back in the 2015 summer transfer window, City shelled out £54m to sign De Bruyne from Wolfsburg.

Since then, the Belgian has gone on to make 378 appearances for the Citizens across all competitions, finding the back of the net 102 times and delivering 168 assists.

Some of those goals and assists have come in some of City’s most crucial moments in games under Pep Guardiola.

For example, this season saw the 32-year-old score the equaliser and then assist the winner in the club’s 3-2 win over Newcastle United back in January.

In the Treble-winning season, De Bruyne scored against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu to rescue a 1-1 draw in the semi-finals of the Champions League and then deliver two assists in the 4-0 win over the Spanish side in the second-leg tie at the Etihad.

As well as that, the midfielder scored a goal and provided two assists in the 4-1 win over Arsenal which ended up being a big result in the Premier League title race.

This is just a small glimpse of how important De Bruyne has been for City over the years and why Silva considers him to be a big-game player for the club.
