Toyota Motor Corp. said Wednesday its net profit for the year ended March doubled from a year earlier to a record 4.94 trillion yen ($32 billion), helped by robust post-pandemic demand and a weaker yen.
Its sales grew 21.4 percent to a record 45.1 trillion yen, the Japanese automaker said.
