A large luxury hotel that could be located in Newbury has been put on the market for £7million.

The mysterious confidential listing, dubbed ‘Project Olympus’, is currently on the Savills’ website, set at a guide price of £7million.

The hotel contains 125 en-suite bedrooms, two restaurants, a conference centre, spa facilities, ample parking, a bar and a lounge.

The property also has lapsed planning consent for the development of an additional 99 bedroom hotel.

The Savills’ website states: “The hotel sits in an accessible location and provides excellent connectivity to London and the South West.”

Nowhere in the Project Olympus listing does it state that the hotel is located in Newbury, but if you click on the map feature on the listing, it centres on the Savills Newbury office.
