A man has been charged with murder following a disturbance at a residential property.
Police were called shortly after 8am on Sunday, May 5, to Styles Close in Four Elms, near Edenbridge, where a woman had reportedly been assaulted.
Medical crews from the ambulance service also attended.
The 51-year-old victim died at the scene.
Huseyin Kalyoncu, 33, was arrested and the following day was charged with murder.
The suspect, who was known to the victim, appeared before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He was remanded in custody and his next hearing will be at Maidstone Crown Court tomorrow (May 9).
