Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-GA) attempt to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) was met with chaos in the chamber on Wednesday.

As Greene announced her so-called "motion to vacate" the speaker's chair, fellow members heckled her.

"I seek recognition to give notice of my intent to raise a question of the privileges of the House," the Georgia lawmaker began. "The form of the resolution is as follows: declaring the office of Speaker of the House representatives to be vacant."

"This is the uniparty for the American people watching!" she shouted back at the members.

As Greene continued, so did the interruptions.

"The House will be in order!" the chair exclaimed.
